How a project works
Working with a designer shouldn't feel like a leap of faith. Here's exactly how a project unfolds, step by step.

A 30-minute conversation about your space and wishes. Free, no commitment.
Project assessment
Based on your wishes and the specifics of the space, we determine the project price.
Floor plan development
A well-thought-out floor plan is the foundation of a comfortable space. We develop at least 3 options. If you're taking a floor plan package only, we prepare the measurement, demolition, and partition plans for the chosen option. If you're going with a full project package, we continue from here.
Concept phase
We develop the direction: references, mood, materials palette. Then we present it for feedback. You choose from several options. This is the stage where adjusting the concept is easiest, and where we find what truly resonates with you.
Visualisation phase
The longest and most labour-intensive phase. We model your space in 3D with real dimensions, furniture, and even the direction of the sunlight. Then you get to see your design almost like a photograph. Only two rounds of revisions are available at this stage.
Technical drawings
At this stage, all ideas are translated into a precise set of working drawings and specifications. These drawings become a comprehensive guide for builders and contractors, ensuring the interior matches the approved design.
Project handover
If you're handling the renovation yourself, this is where our work together ends. You receive the project in several copies – for you and the construction team – along with flowers and the studio's signature gifts. It's always a celebration for me! If you choose on-site supervision, we move on to the most exciting phase – implementation – together.
On-site design supervision
On-site design supervision accompanies the project throughout the entire renovation and includes regular site visits (weekly to twice a month), monitoring of work execution, project adjustments as needed, and approval of materials and samples. We maintain all necessary documentation, construction logs, and procurement schedules to ensure precise delivery. The service is billed monthly.
